A graduate of the University of Algiers in communication and information science, then in philosophy, Aidli Soufiane joined the civil service in 2010, where he began his career as an administrator at the Haute Ecole des Etudes Commerciales in Algiers. He joined the Bejaia university works in 2011, where he held several positions, the last of which was head of the finance and public procurement department.
At the same time, he is involved in civil society through the management of cultural projects and youth issues.

In 2019, he joins the CRTAA as General Secretary.
