Dr MESSAOUDENE Lynda is a Senior Researcher at CRTAA. She holds a PhD in the field of SNV, specializing in Food Science and Quality, and previously a Master’s degree in Agronomic Sciences, specializing in Food Production and Quality, as well as an engineering degree in Food Industry Technology from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Sciences Agronomiques (ENSA ex INA). Before joining the CRTAA, she worked as a university lecturer since 2015 at various universities: the USTHB, the University of Algiers1 and the University of Boumerdes, where she taught several modules (Cours, TD et TP). She has completed a number of national and international internships in the agri-food sector on extraction, separation and identification methods for bioactive substances. At the CRTAA, she is involved in various research projects focusing on the introduction of a new laticifere plant in Algeria (Guayule); the valorization of by-products; the elimination of pesticide residues from fruit and vegetables and others.
