Dr. Brara Zahia is a researcher at le centre de recherche en technologie des industries agroalimentaires (CRTAA), Bejaia, Algeria since june 2022. She has a ph.D in food science and quality control. Her research focuses on molecular biology applied to food authentication and food safety.
