Ouarda Djaoudene is a Doctor in Food Science from Algeria. She does research in Food and Food Technology. She completed her PhD in Food Science from Bejaia University. She is currently a researcher at the Agro-Food Technology Research Centre (“CRTAA” Bejaia, Algeria).
